Make a moon, shining bright
A splash of red,
a little truth
Cause what’s the point lying to you?
A bit of green,
realistic scene
A dazzling smile,
shining bright
Like a diamond in sunlight
Oceans gone wild
and tinted trees
wind flying in a rushing speed
Truth or lies you decide
Are they shown or disguised?
Oceans wild, storms mild
Running away from life
Tragedy and yet happy?
The world needs some empathy
Confusion blinds the eye
Foolin’ you ’bout life
Run free, buzzed bee
Don’t be rushed
Time to trust
The ones who are close to us
My Canvas is wise and old
but sometimes lies need to be told
Things are fine
It’s alright
But are they though?
Think right

Drowning in an air-full sea
Bird of prey your wise and old
Never a lie have you told
Tell me what’s the point of life
You live one day and then you die
Effulgent smiles and happy lives
Are they all just a lie?
Cause we hide our trouble
Hide our pain
And look back up all again
But what’s the point, if we’re torn apart
Living a lie
With a broken heart
Life ain’t never kind
Hurt more than you’ll ever find
Bird of prey will it be okay?
Tell me what’s the point of life
And you said to me
There’s so much to life than what you see
Your time will come but it’s not today
I’ll see you in another 30,000 days.

Lies more lies
They grow every day
Not once, not twice
They grow every day
And the scars cut deep
Leavin’ me fallin’ at my feet
And the pain goes thuddin’ in my brain,
Thuddin’ in my brain
And I’m try to wash the the blood away
But
Now their’s blood in the the water
The kind that’ll cost you you’re life
Their’s blood in the water
The kind that’s caused by your lies
There’s blood in the water
The pain as though your eaten alive
There’s blood in the water
As though you ripped my heart
There’s blood in the water
It’s too late for another chance
Another start
Asleep on her eternal bed
She lay silent,
Calm.
Satisfied, with her lips twisted into a withering smile
Seemingly ready to part
But she wasn’t, was she now?
Her peace was something we would never allow
She was loved
While she lived and now
And as the year reaches 2550
I write to any survivor, or perhaps in hope of one.
We left a while ago
And there’s only a few us left
The rest were in the crash
A car we wrongly turned
Regret, regret.
Another fire burned.

Cheated death for 200 years,
I had built this time machine
Even then it was a mean hassle
A prison to cage the free
But couldn’t let go, I’m not one to die
Bring on a war
I’m would fight to survive
So I thought about for a bit
And hid when death called
Running away
Off a cliff
Hoping to cushion my fall
And it was there that I saw two massive Golden doors
Wide open,
Still too far.
Running and running till I’m out of breath
I had found a way to cheat this death
I pulled through, pulled through at last
And there I was
An inch away
Forever had I dreamed this day
Stepped inside
Stepped away
Some feeling strange had settled in
I called, I screeched
For the man in the cloak
To pull me away
From the city of life
Time for a shift
Though I had some really nice times
Looked around one last time
My face bright with a studded smile
As it was then that I knew
I had been what a fool
Who truly ever dies?
If they have memories have been left behind
The golden doors weren’t an immortal realm
They were the path to remind me of this, once again.
I’m wildfire
The blood in your veins
I’m the war
That’s how I’ve been trained
The world is unjust
It is there that my presence flares Blocks the sunlight
Blanking stares
It’s me The havoc
It’s me
The truth
Of the part of the world
Where crisis rules
I am you
A cause of crime
And while you’ve been known to also do good
That isn’t really my prime
I’m a soul
That settles everywhere
I am the war
The blank stare.

The truth is based on lies
Every word, disguised,
As we sail on the ocean of life
How things change
A twisted knot of complications
But we say all is fine
Is it though?
Think right
The lies we tell our selves
I’m happy, satisfied
When we actually burn with envy
That keeps us up all night
But think about those
Those who don’t even have food
And then we tell ourselves
Let’s make these lies the truth.
